lhuggi1 Posted January 30, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Anyone know why it appears I can't cancel my NCL cruise online? I don't want to but they changed some ports and I would like to cancel or change it. Sent from my iPad using Forums

It appears that way because you can't cancel online. You must call NCL to cancel.

Sent from my iPad using Forums You have to call your booking agent to cancel. That is why there is no way to do it online.

lhuggi1 Posted January 30, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Has anyone had to change itineraries before ? How easy was it. I apologize I'm just a bit more familiar with Carnival than NCL Sent from my iPad using Forums
sfaaa Posted January 30, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 30, 2017 The way NCL explained to me years ago, some people cancelled their cruises by accident or mistake and created headaches for everyone. Since then, NCL took the online cancellation option away and you must now call to cancel.
fergusonvt Posted January 30, 2017 #8 Share Posted January 30, 2017 The last NCL cruise we took in 2015 I changed at least 3 times. I had it booked several years in advance and our son was planning on joining us. We changed it to just my husband and I and changed the cruise/ship 3 times. They had no issues doing this with a phone call.

Imalismom Posted January 31, 2017 #12 Share Posted January 31, 2017 I just recently cancelled my NCL Alaska cruise deciding to go with Princess instead since they did a 10 round trip for San Francisco. I called NCL - they were very nice on the phone, and my refund was back on my CC in about 9 days.
