Orlandorandall Posted January 31, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Do the market on Half Moon Cay take cash or credit? We are going to have our three kids with us and I know they will want to do some souviner shoping and my husband and I may want to also. I just worry about carrying that much cash around or even putting it in a locker.

However, you may want to wait until you get to a port that offers more. What other ports are on your itinerary?

ANTIQUE SAILOR SEA YA. The biggest tourist draw is the Straw Market, just a short walk from the pier. You'll see several vendors there selling the same touristy stuff. The majority of it, such as straw tote bags, hats, key chains, etc. is imported. Don't be afraid to negotiate on the prices.
Micahs Grandad Posted January 31, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 31, 2017 HMC is basically a beach day and not a shopping port.
camijo Posted January 31, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 31, 2017 HMC is basically a beach day and not a shopping port. I second this. I did NO shopping and spent my day in the water and then ate the BBQ lunch they served, hung out in the bar for a bit but I'm not a big drinker. Give me the beach!
