Lots of discussion and information on Ports of call boards, select Europe then your choice of ports.

Generally a very port intensive cruise, do your homework so you get to see the things you want. Enjoy.

I think one of the first things you need to do is get a feel what ports you're interested in in the Baltics. Common ports are Stockholm, St. Petersburg, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Riga, Talinn. Then I would check the Northern Europe Board on the Ports section. There are also some good guide books on Northern Europe/ Northern Europe cruising - Anne Vipond and Rick Steeves come to mind. Also there are a lot of reviews of Baltic Cruises here in the Royal Caribbean forum. Suggest taking a look at those as they will have a lot of the information you're looking for.
