27 waterfalls excursion question

Hi all,

 

For people for who have been on the 27 waterfalls excursion can you confirm whether or not there are options for getting down the waterfalls? Is there parts where you must jump of the edge of the waterfall, or if you are too afraid can you instead slide down or take steps. It looks like this is true from the videos I watched but I want to confirm because if it's bigger then a 10 foot drop I think I might puss out.
