Recommendations for a dolphin swim/encounter

My bride and I are sailing the gem on 3/29 to San Juan, St. Thomas, Saint Maarten & Tortola. My wife really wants to swim with the dolphins. Since this is an expensive venture, I'm looking for recommendations on any of the ports of call. I'd really like to make this happen for her. Can either be excursions booked through NCL or not.

I actually found one I like in Tortola. I booked it myself as NCL didn't have the option I wanted. We got the package with a tow and foot push and was a whole lot cheaper then the limited encounter that NCL had listed. Just Google dolphin encounter Tortola and you will find it. I booked it a few months out too and got an extra discount as well.
