Dalton51 Posted February 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2017 We are staying the night before the cruise. We are looking for maybe a bar like over the water to eat? My and Pop place something that's good and not a chain. Thanks everyone for the help.

Check out the websites for these restaurants which are on the intracoastal: Coconuts (our favorite) (http://coconutsfortlauderdale.com/) 15th Street Fisheries (http://15streetfisheries.com/) Baha Cabana (probably the cheapest) (http://www.bahiacabanaresort.com/restaurant-en.html) Bokampers (http://www.bokampers.com/fort-lauderdale/) Shooters (https://shooterswaterfront.com/)

Lexi'smom Posted February 26, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2017 Hands down, my favourite restaurant in Fort Lauderdale is Coconuts! Great food and you can sit right by the water! They have this crab claw appetizer called Scoobies , which are delicious! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

snowcat Posted March 3, 2017 #10 Share Posted March 3, 2017 We stayed in Hollywood, a little south of Ft. Lauderdale. Ate at a place right on the Intercoastal Waterway called Le Tub. Had the absolutely best peel and eat shrimp in Cajun spices that I have ever had. So good that we went back again and had the same thing for lunch the next day. Website is http://www.theletub.com. The burgers were also FANTASTIC!
royalcruz Posted March 4, 2017 #11 Share Posted March 4, 2017 We will be staying at Best Western Oceanside, on Seabreeze Blvd. You can easily walk to Coconuts from there. Bahia Cabana is closer but the food is very mediocre...you could stop there for a drink.
