27 Waterfalls Question

My family is scheduled to be going on this excursion with Iguana Mama on March 27th. We would like to tip our guides. Dealing with me on this trek may not be the easiest.;) Are there normally two guides per group and do you just leave your tips in your bag of clothes that you leave on the bus until you get back? Just trying to make sure I've got all my bases covered.
