samshltn Posted April 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2017 One booking, two guests. Guest One has the day off and can get to the port at noon. Guest Two is working that day, can't get there till the last minute before boarding closes. Can Guest One turn up on their own and board, and meet Guest Two on board? TIA. Sam. sanger727 Posted April 1, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2017 Make sure guest two is aware that they must be on board at least an hour before disembarkation time, though 2 hours is recommended. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
kerryincork Posted April 1, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2017 Make sure you both have copies of your cruise papers. Sent from my SM-N910F using Forums mobile app
samsam22 Posted April 1, 2017 #5 Share Posted April 1, 2017 You should each print a copy of the boarding information with the barcode. Also, the person that checks you in might request that the first person apply their credit card to the entire account for on board purchases, so if you don't want to do that, make sure the second person verifies that the charges are being done properly and that they also swipe their credit card when they check in. But people do this all the time - not a problem at all if you both print the paperwork.

samshltn Posted April 4, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted April 4, 2017 In case anyone ever finds this thread and wants it in writing from NCL... Here's the email I just got from them: Dear Mr Shelton, Thank you for your email. Please be informed that it is not a problem if passengers* check in at different time. Check in begins at 1200pm until 0600pm and* for passengers that complete the online check in can check in until* 0700pm as the ship departs at 0800pm. You would need to inform the personnel on time of check in that the other passenger is arriving late.
