SeaHunter007 Posted April 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2017 We are traveling with our family of 12 in two weeks on the Escape. When we get on board the ship will we be able to see the entire entertainment schedule for the week and book all the shows we want to see as soon as we get on board the ship or do we have to book shows on the day the daily schedule comes out? Also, can we book the Manhattan dining room for the entire week or does this have to be done on a daily basis? Finally, can one family member book for all 12 of us or do we need to reserve and book by individual staterooms? Thanks for any advice you may have for us. snownow Posted April 14, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2017 As far as shows, you can do that as soon as you get on. There are digital boards on every level, pop your key card in and reserve away. You may need a couple of them... i don't remember how many people you can book for at a time, it may be limited by room. As far as Manhattan reservations you can do it now, for groups up to 12. Log in to your account, go to explore and plan, click the restaurant and you can make reservations. If the times you want are not listed, you can wait until you are on board and make them. I think they hold 30-40% back for on board ones.

You should have done this 90 days prior to embarkation. Once onboard, use the touch screen kiosks to book. A lot less clunky than the NCL app or stateroom tv. Or stand in the [long] line at the box office.
