I know the policy about one drink at a time and fine w it but recently sailed NCL w same policy but they gave 2 drinks at a time wo issues, got a little spoiled by the convenience.

Last couple of rccl cruises, wo any sort of drink package, sometimes took a bit to get a drink bc of staffing.

Will they allow me to , with one card and the drink package, allow me to get two drinks at a time when using diamond voucher? I can see it being convenient to get a cocktail and a beer before head to dinner . Thanks.

Also, it's yes to bringing on 2 wine bottles per cabin but no on water, right? I confuse the lines sometimes.

Yes, you should be able to get one drink with the voucher and another drink with the package. The drink with the voucher will of course be limited to basic mixed drinks, no frozen or blender drinks.

Last year, while lining up to check in for the Liberty, there was a large family that carried on at least 5 cases of water... Each case probably had 15 half litre bottles. Although not allowed by the book, they got passed security and on the ship with their water.:D

The one drink per person rule only really applies to the alcohol plan. My DH and I have been able to order both a beer and a mixed drink while seated at a bar where it was clear we would consume both ourselves. I think this is largely a judgment issue and is done mainly to prevent sharing the drink package. DH and I have successfully carried cases of water on in the past at several different ports with no issues whatsoever. We did not do this our last cruise and will not do it on our next because the alcohol plan now includes bottled water. We often ordered two of these each anytime we were requesting water and were always accommodated.
