It really looks like they have gotten the embarkation and disembarkation running smoothly.

I was in Galveston on Sunday around 11:45. No traffic jams around cruise terminal. Looked a whole lot better than when I cruised from there several years ago.

 

I was also at the pier on Saturday around 2:00 when Elation was boarding and traffic was not an issue then either. Hopefully boarding process is improving.
