Time for Shuttle in Port Canerval

We will be on the Epic. Our flight doesn't leave Orlando until 3 p.m. so we won't need to be in any hurry to get off the ship. We are booking a private shuttle. What would be a good time to have it come to pick us up? Of course we don't want to be lingering on the ship causing staff issues but thinking maybe getting off with the last group might be our best bet and then maybe customs will be a little less busy as well?
