Yesflygirl Posted May 17, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 17, 2017 I've used Uber in Miami for business travel. It's been fine, no issues. I found this on the internet; not sure how current it is. Sent from my iPad using Forums

Eleteace Posted May 17, 2017 #10 Share Posted May 17, 2017 Heya! I used uber one way and a transfer the other. The uber was much cheaper, faster and generally easier! It was my first uber trip and I can't recommend it enough. I've listed here how much each journey took, how much it cost and what I thought etc. Hope this is of help! http://cruisingisntjustforoldpeople.co.uk/2017/01/07/fort-lauderdale-airport-to-the-port-of-miami/ It really wasn't as difficult or expensive to get around as I had feared! Cruiseman38 Posted May 17, 2017 #12 Share Posted May 17, 2017 I second the use of SAS. Very affordable and great service both from FLL to the port of Miami and back.
Flymia Posted May 17, 2017 #13 Share Posted May 17, 2017 If its not a large group Uber/Lyft is always the way to go. There is no cheaper or easier option. Unless you are solo which then a shared shuttle will be cheaper.
JohninDC Posted May 17, 2017 #14 Share Posted May 17, 2017 Most of the shared shuttles suggested above - SAS. QLS, MJS, etc. - charge about $15 per person each way. check their web sites to see if they pick up at your pre-cruise hotel (saves you the trek back to FLL just to catch your shuttle). QLS and others offer car seats if you book far enough in advance.
