Can you buy gift certificates for an Oceania cruise?

I have purchased gifts (flowers, wine, etc.) for friends/family on cruises soon other lines and I have seen gift certificates available for purchase. I searched "gift certificate" on Oceania's website and came up with nothing. Are there any gift you can order for passengers on Oceania?

In our experience you needed a booking number for the passenger to whom you are giving the gift - tricky for us, but we worked with their TA. Just an FYI
