When are cabins assigned after booking, I'd be reluctant to pay £40 to select a specific cabin so was just wondering when you find out what cabin your in or do you just find out when you board?

It's actually £45 or £48 for 2018 to book a specific cabin. But normally you are informed when you check in at the airport.

I've booked 3 cruises for 2018 and rung up to book a cabin for all three and have only been charged £45 each time

When did it go up to £48 I booked 2 in May and 1 on June 1st?

We also booked for 2018 in early June and only paid 45 Pounds.
