After my call, they sent a f/u email with my specific requests in writing and atttached it to our booking number. The email looked like this: Subject: Special Needs - Booking # 7982078 To: xxxxxxxxxxx Date: Friday, September 19, 2014, 11:08 AM Hello, We hope this email finds you well. This is regarding your recent inquiry for the sailing on the Celebrity Reflection on December 6, 2014. As per our conversation, the reservation has been noted for Shirley's special needs. We will provide the commode chair, shower stool, distilled water and extension cord in the stateroom on embarkation day.
