I have sent them our Tour itineraries to make sure that they what tours we're doing and make sure that we have sign language interpreters for my partner? Yes I know my cruise is December 3 months away but it's kind of nice to know who they are and everything is in order.... Even my TA is not happy as well.... We recognize that our email replies accessoffice@cunard.com for somePrincess inquiries. Please know we are receiving your emailsappropriately. We look forward to assisting you. Thank you, Access & Compliance Specialist Fax: 661-284-4408 " The email address above is correct, but it you sent it to princess instead of cunard, you have to use this email address: accessofficeprincess@princesscruises.com Hope this helps. They've been very responsive to me so my guess is something went wrong with your original email. Also it isn't too early to start your request since they need plenty of lead time. TA and I both contacted them to put some pressure on them. They said it is odd that I did not get the bounce back. They said should have everything organized soon.
