Recipe Request: Mexican Corn Salad

Does anyone have the recipe Royal Caribbean uses for the Mexican corn salad they serve at the buffet?

 

I enjoyed it one night on a recent cruise and did not think to ask while onboard if the staff was willing to share the recipe they follow. It contained corn and black beans and tasted on the sweet side. It was quite tasty!

 

I can locate multiple recipe versions online, but none may even be a close clone.
