Crystal Block Trade.  I will do a 2 for 1 trade.  Sure would like to get a Sovereign of the Seas Crystal Block, as our first cruise many many years ago was on the Sovereign.

 

I have three duplicate crystal blocks (Freedom, Grandeur, and Jewel).  I would trade any 2 of them for a Sovereign crystal block.  If interested in this “2 for 1” trade, send an e-mail to (delitchfield at AOL dot com).

How much do the crystal blocks weigh?  The reason I ask is that we are due to get our first on Independence in a few weeks but we fly down to Southampton so are restricted on weight.

Yes, you are supposed to get the block and stratum. I didn't get the 700 block, but found out a couple months later that I should have. I called C&A and they shipped one to me.

 Hi John, I have a Sovereign  and a Monarch.   I actually was given a  second Sovereign when we sailed the last weekend sailing back in 2008, but I turned it back to the LA  because “I already had one”. It never occurred to me to keep it and trade it. Not willing to trade them, but the day after I’m gone you can probably find them on eBay as I doubt they have any value to our family. 

 

 We’ve been sailing Royal  Caribbean since the 1990’s , so  we’ve had an opportunity to collect quite a few older blocks.  We are only interested in blocks for the ships we have sailed. 

 

 Good luck in finding those old blocks.    Have you checked eBay?

We sailed Sovereign about a week before your sailing. I heard they were giving all kinds of stuff away. 

 

I'm not that desperate to get them.  I like to trade and help folks get a block they are missing.  

 

I was able to trade a Radiance that I really didn't need for a Monarch. She was very happy, putting together a set of all the ships her husband has worked on over the years. 

Win Win in my book.

 

I'll just get another Radiance down the road
