Lib0007 Posted October 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2017 Hello I was just assigned cabin 11226 on the Allure Dec 3rd sailing. Just Friday, I was able to upgrade to a deluxe guarantee (W) from a boardwalk balcony for a mere $19 so we were thrilled to say the least. We have never had a suite before. We were told that once we were assigned a cabin, we could possibly switch if there were any available. My question is the balcony. I see pics of jr suite balconies with the "hump" and they include 2 loungers. Will our balcony which is not on the hump also have loungers? I am a reader and can picture myself in that chair for hours in a good book. If not, which is better . . . deck 11 not on hump or deck 8 on the hump. 8240 and 8642 are shown now as available. Thank you!!

Thank you!! There's no way to know your balcony furniture in advance with any certainty. If it's not to your liking, speak to your stateroom attendant, and they will do their best to accommodate you. cb at sea Posted October 2, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 2, 2017 Most "non-hump" JS's, while wider than a balcony cabin, are still not deep enough to accommodate loungers.

Rare lazydayz Posted October 2, 2017 #6 Share Posted October 2, 2017 We recently had JS 11230 on the Oasis and it had a lounger, two chairs and a table. Plenty of room. P.S. What a great upgrade!
Lib0007 Posted October 2, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted October 2, 2017 I ended up switching to a hump cabin on deck 8. Besides the larger balcony, we decided that deck 8 is more centrally located. So excited! Thank you.

Well CB, wrong again. Our non-hump JS on Allure had two loungers.
