We just returned from the Carnival Pride and while chatting with a gentlemen he advised that he had cruised 19 times this year through Carnival Casino Comps He advised that he had won all 19 cruises and during one cruise he won a total of 8 cruises. Has anyone heard of this

If so what kind of money must you play.

Has to be a big table player and in all my cruises Iv never seen that big of a high roller. I have had 3 cruises pack and play which are almost free and have seen people get bounce backs but eight? Probable a fish story. Would be fun at a craps table with him if true he must lose a lot

My other half gets these offers from time to time, and he immediately gets the drink on us card upon first day sailing. We plan our trips a year in advance so we are usually unable to take any of these, in fact, two weeks ago we were called for another complimentary casino cruise offer to have to refuse because we had plans going on another trip. They are real, but you only get interior staterooms (we will be on RC Oasis of the Seas this month, this is a comp cruise with their casino, we were on the Harmony of the Seas in May and the last night my other half was handed a certificate with a large list of cruises available for free, we just had to pay taxes and fees, so for the balcony cabin we got only cost us $218)....you still have to pay the taxes and fees on Carnivals comp cruises and if you want a higher category than an interior, you pay a little extra for it.

I know people on the RC board who do go multiple times on comp cruises yes people are doing it, and mother half only plays slots too.

We get bounce backs but just 2 at a time. One for me and one for DH.

I cruised Carnival several times in 2016 and 2017 and all of them were freebie cruises, except for taxes and port charges. Carnival offers certain casino players free cruises based on their play. When Carnival offers a "bounce back" offer, there may be many different cruise options available. If someone offered this type of offer has the flexibility to cruise multiple times without time restrictions, then I could understand how someone could work this out. It really depends on how many ships/sail dates are available at the time of the bounce back offer, and it's my understanding every option provided can be booked if the recipient is available to go and chooses to do so.

We took four cruises this year and they were all comped. On each of those cruises, we were also offered another free cruise but weren’t ever able to make those limited dates work as they are all very restrictive and must be booked within two weeks from the end of the previous cruise. I exclusively play blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold Em.

My average bet at Black Jack is 50 per hand and we typically gamble about 4 hours each day. It’s all about average bet , money placed at risk and time played; not about wins and losses. We’ve won and lost and that has never affected the types of comps we are offered.
