Major_Holmes Posted October 28, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2017 Been on many cruises in the past. Nov 4th on Magic will be the first time on a ship during time change. Does anyone know if the ship time changes? If so, is there an awesome party or any special events that take place? Thanks for your responses. maryred Posted October 28, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 28, 2017 Been on 2 cruises when the shift between daylight savings from/to standard happened. On neither cruise was anything special done other than reminders being published in the activity dailies.

SadieN Posted October 28, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 28, 2017 When the ship changes time it’ll be posted in the FunTimes and should have notices up by the elevators. Should also be a sign by Guest Services. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
JawjaFatBoy Posted October 28, 2017 #5 Share Posted October 28, 2017 We're on the Elation when the time changes and I was wondering about that myself. Figured it wasn't going to be much of an issue. Thank y'all!

SadieN Posted October 28, 2017 #8 Share Posted October 28, 2017 Think of all the stars you can see earlier in the evening Not as many as you’d think. Too much light pollution from the ship.
ultrafighter Posted October 28, 2017 #9 Share Posted October 28, 2017 Not as many as you’d think. Too much light pollution from the ship. Exactly this. We were way disappointed by this on our first cruise.
