Shore Excursions

we are sailing on the Equinox in 2018 and are curious about shore excursions, particularly in Roatan, Belize City & Grand Cayman. Only looking for beach time (with some kind of shade). No adventures, no ‘sightseeing.’

Suggestions? Anyone ever done the White House Mansion on Grand Cayman?

on Roatan we usually just take a cab over to the other side of the island, lots of nice beaches many with umbrellas to rent. It's cheap and easy, the cab drivers can recommend where to go. Beer was $12 a bucket and the food reasonable. Never done the beach in Belize city, but ambergris key is awesome if you don't mind a pretty long boat ride.
