Steven_&_Daniel Posted December 12, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 12, 2005 Does anyone know how the aft balconies on the Emerald deck of Grand class ships compare to aft balconies on Caribe deck? Just wondered if they are similar in size or smaller. On the deck plans they look much smaller but I know that's not always accurate. Debating between Emerald Vista suite and Caribe Premium Suite for my parents' 50th anniversary cruise. I know the cabins are fairly similar. I've found pix of the Caribe PS balcony. Anyone have any pix of the Emerald VS balcony?
spongerob Posted December 12, 2005 #2 Share Posted December 12, 2005 The balconies on the Caribe deck suites are a bit larger. You should note that many of the aft suites' balconies have a structural member that takes up a little bit of space. To avoid this, try to book PS C748 or C749. Don't worry too much if those two suites aren't available. Of course, you could always book the Owner's or Grand Suite...
DrivesLikeMario Posted December 13, 2005 #3 Share Posted December 13, 2005 We had E-733 on the Grand. The balconies above are only slightly deeper, if I remember correctly. :)

spongerob Posted December 13, 2005 #5 Share Posted December 13, 2005 It's not a huge difference, Lady Jag. Probably just a matter of a foot or so.
Redsgj Posted December 13, 2005 #6 Share Posted December 13, 2005 I posted a couple of pictures in this thread of the aft of CB.
