Ron Jon shuttle excursion from port canaveral

If we take the ron jon shuttle excursion while in port canaveral with anthem of the seas, which beach do people suggest we head to (within walking distance of where shuttle will drop us), I noticed certain beaches had specific names? Just looking to relax and play in sand and in a calmer area of water for kids if possible. Also, anything else in walking distance of ron jon that may be fun for kids 8 and 5? Also how often do the shuttles return to ship
