cddclcruiser2011 Posted January 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2018 We are booked on the 3/31/2018 sailing on the Epic. The reservation system kept telling me that we couldn't book the entertainment. So we called them and they stated that since it was a "Spring Break" cruise they weren't going to allow any entertainment bookings online. All of the entertainment needs to be booked after we board the ship. Has anyone had this experience wit NCL? It seems kind of backwards. JenneeWood Posted January 12, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 12, 2018 I noticed that too, but didn't think too much of it. I do wonder however if the cruises the weeks before and after us have the same issue?

shrew Posted February 6, 2018 #9 Share Posted February 6, 2018 I’m on the Star leaving out of LA on 3/24 and am not able to make reservation for entertainment or for some restaurants (like the Teppannyaki). I was able to make a number of dinner reservations at the MDR and other speciality restaurants at 90 days out. It’s my first cruise ever, so I don’t know what’s usual and we’re in a suite (not mini) so I also don’t know what Might be available because of that. Will just have to wing it once on board! cddclcruiser2011 Posted February 7, 2018 Author #10 Share Posted February 7, 2018 No worries. We were able to start booking the entertainment around the 80 or so day mark. All is well!!! Not sure why the rep told me that on the phone.
