Shipwreck Bar on St. Kitts shutting down?

We had a great time at Shipwreck last week - our first time to St. Kitts.  Very relaxing day - I thought their food and drink prices were very reasonable, especially given we didn't have to pay for the beach chairs.  (Local beer was $3, pina colada $6)  The chairs aren't fancy but were comfortable enough.  The water is very shallow (for adults) so I could walk out quite a ways and still be standing.

We were at The Shipwreck on March 5, and had great food and drink.  The burgers were much better than at The Salty Dog on the Crown Princess.   The nachos and cheeses were very good too!

They were very busy, obviously a popular spot.
