North America: Problems Signing In To "My Azamara"

Anyone else in North America having difficulties signing in to "My Azamara"?

 

Yesterday and today having problems despite using several platforms and browsers.

 

Yes. I just tried using Chrome on my work computer & got this result:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Yes I am seeing this also.

We have a cruise in a week and had been on line much earlier and completed check-in or so I thought. Received an email from AZ this AM saying it is not complete. Maybe they send the email out automatically because they can't get there either!.

 

AZ has such a wonderful IT system.

It’s not confined to North America, we’ve got the same problem in the U.K. it only affects My Azamara, it’s still possible to access individual booked cruises on the Voyage Planner with your reservation number. Sadly the link from there to My Azamara is also broken:mad:

I was thinking there would be a difference between the web sites in N. America and the British Isles re: accessing "My Azamara"

 

Apparently I was very incorrect on that.

 

No doubt that link is centralized and thus we can share the problem. :)

Glad the problem is solved and hope this resolution is helpful to those who are soon embarking.

 

Have to state that, despite the problematic experiences of others, this is the first time we have encountered a serious problem with the website.
