I have stayed in the starboard OVs many times (pre-revolution), and just stayed in 3121 (port).  It seemed much smaller/less deep to me.  As I mentioned in other posts, there was not enough depth for the chair to fit against the wall -- it had to be at an angle.  I wonder if there is something different about 3121.  Does the chair fit flush against the wall on the starboard OVs?
