Leaving on the Pearl

Pretty sure that’s just their app... you can use it when you’re on the ship and connected to the wifi(don’t need the WiFi package for it to work)

I didn’t find it particularly useful.

Just got an email from NCL saying something about "iConcierge." Anyone use this service, is it really free?

All it is is it shows your account and ship information. If you pay $10 per person as you board you can use it to text/call other people who are on board, although it doesn’t always always tell you that you have a message waiting.

It is both free and chargeable.

Make sure you download it before you leave. You can then use it to check what’s going on, book meals, check your bill and various other things for free. It’s quite useful.

As mentioned, you can also pay extra (about $10 a day) to text or phone other people onboard who also have the app). In our excursions experience (not on the Pearl), that also works quite well, but others have reported problems.
