Thank you bill. Not to technical. And a knot is .87= 1mph

 

So we all know i changed my flight for a hefty difference in price. Southwest doesnt charge you to change flights, only the diff in cost

 

A few hours later checking my boarding, i see an alert.

And southwest issued an advisory to change your flights. Long story short after an hour on hold I got the difference in price refunded. It seems they issued the alert right after i changed flight.

So thank you southwest, your customer service people are awsome!!
