SunTours Late Picking Us Up at the Cruise Port

I booked the Cave and Critters tour online and arranged for pickup from the cruise port. After calling prior to the cruise to verify the pickup time, Suntours was almost an hour late picking us up for the tour. A representative from another tour company was nice enough to help me call Suntours to find out where they were as we had no cell service. On a positive note, after the tour started, both the Harrison Cave and the wildlife preserve stops were very enjoyable, and Suntours did get us back to the port in time.

Did they still give you the full tour? Why were they late?
