Cruisinpickle Posted March 14, 2018 #426 Share Posted March 14, 2018 We are headed to the helipad sail away in a few minutes. I am dressed up and ready to roll. White should be formal enough for 150 CP tonight. Right? Did your cruise have two embarkation ports? Is that why the sail away party is happening part way through your cruise? Sent from my iPhone using Forums It was a sail away party for suite guests yesterday. There was also the big sail way party on embarkation day as well. Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 14, 2018 Author #428 Share Posted March 14, 2018 Stop ship. We took a taxi to Del Torro and on the way we saw the Cool Bus. The plan was to ride there and walk back.

Just Jo Posted March 14, 2018 #430 Share Posted March 14, 2018 I guess I could have been a bit clearer in my room description. I tried to gloss over it a bit. We in in a Sky Loft Suite which is in Star Class. The Crown Loft Suite is in Sky Class. On sea days between 2-5, in the afternoon this wonderful little cart stops in and serves you a round. Sorry, I should have been more clear in my explanation. [emoji846] No apologies necessary! Thank you so much for the info and the wonderful, as always, live report. Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 14, 2018 Author #435 Share Posted March 14, 2018 Every sail away offers a unique viewing experience that always seems to top the last one. Todays sailaway can never be beat. Here is a quick video from San Juan. More pictures to come in a bit. Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 14, 2018 Author #436 Share Posted March 14, 2018 Now I know what a deer must feel like. The picture didn’t turn out quite as well as I thought, those are headlights. I found this magnet on a walk on deck 12 port side. I love their spirit.

Shelley61 Posted March 14, 2018 #439 Share Posted March 14, 2018 I have domesticated work to do today. I’m off to the lower decks. I imagine someone’s already said this, but it looks like CLR could do with this bag... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 15, 2018 Author #444 Share Posted March 15, 2018 The Sea Is Calling Answer It for $1.99 per minute lol. The see called and I answered it. I got a new shell in St Thomas. I would have got a better deal in Saint Martin, as it is the electronics port, but you do what you can. There is nothing more exciting than unpacking your new shell. You know, when you take it out of the sand and the beach. A few picks from yesterday. Me trying my shellular data plan, while working on my review. This is my first call. It was Ariel, and she was calling from under the sea.
Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 15, 2018 Author #445 Share Posted March 15, 2018 This afternoon we got to watch the weekly St Thomas Pier Runners Marathon. This individual came in second to last. Last place was awarded to this gentleman with the bag. He arrived 10 minutes after all aboard. These two got the passenger count down to zero. They shore men threw the ropes and we were ready to sail. The pilot is already on board and his boat is ready to follow us to the drop off point. The Patrol Boat followed us out of the port and stopped a group of jet skiers. Just to make sure they didn’t get to close. Once out of the port the pilot was picked up and headed back. Rare countess5 Posted March 15, 2018 #448 Share Posted March 15, 2018 St Thomas Pier Runners? Isn’t this the San Juan Pier? Maybe I am missing something in the statement. Don’t worry about the questionable clouds, the winds will blow them away. At least you can dock Vs last week when ships couldn’t. 👍🌞
Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 15, 2018 Author #449 Share Posted March 15, 2018 (edited) We also had a different kind of show last night. A streak show. No it wasn’t Owen or thankfully grandma running around the cabin buck naked. I was hoping Lisa would have, and it wasn’t any of our neighbors. We were down by the mini golf and security was over by the sports court. All of a sudden you could see hot embers streaming out of the right hand smoke stack. Not one or two but so many that you could clearly see them. Some burned out quickly but there were others that landed on the basketball court still red hot and highly visible. This was a first for all of us including grandma. This was the best photo that I took of the event. Edited March 15, 2018 by A&L_Ont
