MikeNKim Posted April 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2018 does anyone here have any experience with Mexican Riviera in Feb? What was the weather like? I have checked a few different websites and all say something different. So figured I would check with my fellow cruisers on personal experiences. Thank you Kim
AlwayzCruising Posted April 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 1, 2018 We did the Mexican riviera just this last February. While in port in Puerto Vallarta, it was very warm. Almost 90 degrees warm. And we had two days in Cabo. One day it was humid and rained, but still in 80s and the second day it was in the upper 80s..... while out at sea, it’s a different story. They closed the upper decks because it was too windy and unsafe at least one day. Overall the average for the Mexican Riviera has always seemed to be in the 80s when we have gone tho. Hope this helps some. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
azjim66 Posted April 1, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2018 (edited) We did Mexican Riviera in Feb 2014 on the Miracle and the weather was high 80's low 90's and sunny. Perfect weather to plant your toes in the sand on Medano Beach at The Mango Deck. Added bonus for going that time of year is all the whales you will see. Whales were breaching right next to the ship while anchored in Cabo and it was an awesome sight. Edited April 1, 2018 by azjim66
MikeNKim Posted April 1, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Awesome. Thank you. Never thought about the Whales. We had them travelling up to Alaska with us 1 year very cool. Thanks again
Missileer Posted April 1, 2018 #5 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Like another poster we cruised this last Feb. Weather was chamber of commerce perfect everyday. Pleasant in the three ports and mostly the same at sea. We cruise the Mexican Riviera a lot and you can count on it being cool to cold the first night out of Long Beach and the same on the return. Light jacket/sweater weather. Enjoy!
Rare BirdTravels Posted April 1, 2018 #6 Share Posted April 1, 2018 We have sailed in March and the weather was beautiful (actually hot). Beach days, every day.
