Caught Up in the Rhythm of It - Symphony Live 4/7/18

Hellllooooooo!!!!!

 

We just woke up after a quick 4 hour nap in our Barcelona Hotel.

 

Safe to say my body is confused and so is my stomach.

 

Lessons learned thus far:

- Jenny is a beast at long flight child preparation

- after close to 20 visits to the restroom, my decision to choose seats in the back near bathrooms proved to be a great choice.

- our version of breakfast sandwiches does not exist in the Frankfurt Airport.

 

There are more, but my stomach is now winning me over. Off to get pizza!

If photography/videography doesn't pan out ;)....perhaps a career as parenting/travel coaches!

 

From your insta-stories it looked like you guys were very well-prepared and everything went smoothly. Enjoy your day(s) in Barcelona!

LOL! Ok I got you, but that’s really cool they got to go early. Their videos are so cool, I hope they got the whole trip for free. If I could have a cruise like the one you had on Adventure, I would definitely use Our two suitcases as my TA.:D

Can't wait to follow along again. Although I'm guessing with the kiddos around this one will be a little more....dry.

 

 

We will see how it goes. If the weather isn’t that great, as was the case this week, I may warm up to a bottle or two.

Appreciate that. Hoping it’s another good one, but with all of you participating and following along I don’t think we will have an issue.

OK - now I'm going to be waiting for you to go on a cruise to Cuba so you can make a video to Camilla Cabella's "Havana".

I need to get to Cuba! High on my list for sure.

I don’t talk to my family like that. Kidding! Glad you and Bob are along for the ride.

Please, please get authentic paella while in Spain. I spent a semester of college there and couldn’t get enough of it.

 

And perhaps some gazpacho so you can compare it to the soups on the new MDR menu, assuming you are MDRing it some this trip. . .

We've been told that to get really authentic paella, you have to go to Valencia.

I was fortunate enough to be able to stay w/a family for my 3 month semester there, so we had homemade paella every Sunday. It was fantastic. As you have heard I do believe it is supposed to be more “authentic” in Valencia and other cities in the south but I suspect with a little research we could find some in Barcelona.

Of course! Time frame may be a title different. May have to wait a big longer.

 

This is so cool, looking forward to another great report and awesome video!! Are Chase and White Shorts TA’s? How did they get to go two days early?

 

Not a TA, but I have considered it.

Actually we were invited by Millie for C&A Social Media purposes.
