How often do they change in the Caribbean? If at all? I am not really into staying on ships on port days but some of these places get a bit predictable.

New itineraries are released every year, usually in November or December. There are really only so many islands they can visit, and their options were reduced somewhat more by recent hurricanes. I wouldn't expect any new ports in the coming release at the end of this year.

Some boats repeat the same itinerary every year others do not. Now with the arrival of the new Edge there are several movements for 2019 one of It is that the Eclipse will no longer sail in the Caribbean and she will do Antarctica of round trips to Hawaii

When will Eclipse begin round trips to Hawaii? And aren't Punta Cana and St. Vincent relatively new destinations in the Caribbean?

I don't know if round trips to Hawaii will be regular itineraries but Eclipse is doing one 15 night sailing October 27, 2019 from LA.
