Tower room facing south.

The top floor in the Tower building (14th floor) is Hilton HHonors if you are a member. If I remember correctly the even numbered rooms between 1428 and 1402 face the bridge and Port to the south.

 

Otherwise just try to get the highest even room below that.

Walgreens just down the street on corner of Eisenhower Blvd, 5 min walk. Restaurants just a bit farther.
