5:00 arrival in Seward

I will be stunned if you would have any problems making a 8:00 AM Kenai Fjords tour. Unless you have incredible bad luck and have an absolutely incredibly rough Gulf of Alaska crossing (i.e. unbelievably bad weather) that ship most likely will be docked in Seward before 5 AM. The special cruise contracted Alaska Rail run to Anchorage will leave around 7 AM, and a great number of passengers will be on that train. And while I haven't checked the Seward cruise port schedule for this year in past years they haven't hosted a ship a day. So your ship will likely be the only one in port. The only question is what time you need to check in for the Kenai Fjords tour.
