TA OBC not showing on website

This will be our first cruise with Viking. Our TA gifted us some OBC in conjunction with our booking.

When I log into myviking.com, I do not see it listed.

Is this normal?

BTW the Viking website is awesome!

I have never seen mine on MVJ, either, but it is listed on a paper which is placed in your room.

There are a variety of ways that this is entered into the system according to Viking. If it is a "gift" as opposed to an amenity, it will not show up. On my invoice, there are 2 gifts - one is listed under gift orders and the other under booking comments - neither are listed in MVJ. I am not comfortable with the inconsistencies so I was instructed to take my invoice with me in case it does not show up when I board and to email TellUsAtViking if there was a problem. No one knows why both were not entered in the same place and I was told that this could not be fixed.

On our last cruise we had an OBC note in our cabin but not In MVJ. It did show up the second day into the cruise on the onboard version of MVJ.
