Entering Immigration PIF's as NonUS Citizens

Hi All

 

As Australian citizens filling out our PIF's on the Cruise Personalizer, we had a lot of trouble gettting the page to save. It turned out that you cannot abbreviate your state in the immigration field, eg "NSW" needs to be spelt out as "New South Wales". Also, if you are still having troubles try leaving out the zip code the first time, it will then allow you to save it after returning from page 2.

 

A little cooky, but I wish I had known - it was driving me mad for a few days!

We ended up calling the Princess customer service when we couldn't get ours to work properly, they actually went in and changed it to some Princess related address in Florida? We never encountered any problems about it or embarkation/debarkation problems...just was strange. :confused:

I certainly found it was very sensitive, I had to put my father as a "friend" for emergency contact because it wouldn't save! LOL.
