MSC Seaview altered course

Was thinking of my past cruise and wanted to see where the Seaview was, and noticed that she has according to marinetraffic.com deviated from her normal course to Barcelona. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Hopefully it is nothing serious such as medical or mechanical issues!

She sailed close to the coast of Sant'Antico, stopped and is now underway towards Barcelona.

We had to go near Sardinia as someone was ill and needed to get to hospital.

We pulled close enough to the island that we could see it in the distance, and a small medical boat came up to the ship and took the ill passenger. Many tired to get videos and photos but since the Seaview has the extended promenade, it didn't work out too well. I also hope they are okay, the course alteration didn't make a difference to anybody.
