Docking in Bordeaux

The last time we were in Bordeaux on Regent we were docked right downtown and walked to town for dinner one night. We are sailing there again and a lot of the excursions mention La Verdon. Are they docking in a different location?

Not sure what sailing you are on but when I was there in May we had an overnight and we docked right in town. I know on some itineraries there is a repositioning so this might be why Le Verdon is noted. Maybe best to check with Regent directly on this.

Some Regent cruises dock downtown and some in Le Verdon. Second the suggestion you call Regent. Would have beeen helpful to post yur sailing but you can check it yourself - here is the port info https://www.cruisetimetables.com/cruises-to-le-verdon-france.html

On the Explorer on May 20 next year and we are there overnight just like the last time but that has been many years ago and I thought maybe it had changed. I will call Regent or have my TA check into it. Glad to here at times they are still right downtown. Hoping that is the case on this cruise.

Regent is not scheduled at this time to dock at Le Verdon next May. Of course, things change. Just click on the link I supplied and check May 2019. I'd do it occasionally since things do change.
