I knew about Black Tartan Kitchen before we chose this little town as our new home.  There was already a buzz in 2019.  We had lunch there before coming to view the apartment we rented.  We are indeed blessed to have such easy access to a magical place.

I just saw this on the news relating to the hurricane damage in North Carolina. I did not know about the Rainbow Bridge on Lake Lure. This bridge is a memory to all of the pets that died. People place their collars here in their memory as they cross the Rainbow. What a touching remembrance and sad that it has washed away.
