Q on bliss

Does the meat come with tomato based bbq sauce ON IT? Or is it smoked with bbq sauce on the side? I am allergic to tomatoes.

I would be careful. It's possible that some of the items, like ribs , may have a glaze on them which may contain tomato

I'm on the Bliss in November and reservations just became available. I was able to book Q using the new app. Received reservation confirmation by email within an hr. Good luck.

I imagine with food allergies you will be contacting access desk before you go. Once on board we met the restaurant officers and could order meals 24hrs in advance if we liked and they made adaptations to make dishes suit our allergies.
