ATV / 4WD Rainforest Adventure

Does anyone know if there are vendors / options the day you arrive in port for ATV / 4WD excursions, or is this something that should be booked in advance?

 

Also, any suggestions on companies to use? I was only able to find 1 or 2 and the over-all cost after add-ins for transportation ended up higher than just booking through the cruiseline.

I have not seen any and if i remember correctly. There are only 2 option in the San Juan area i think.

Thanks. I guess I'll do the one in Grand Turk instead, and just enjoy San Juan walking. :)

If this is your first time in San Juan definitely see Old Town. You can save money by walking around on your own or tour to keep cool. Many ups and down with uneven roads:) Enjoy!

Thanks for the information, I'll definitely do that. I know someone mentioned the trolley, as well, and going to the stop *before* the port to hop on, so I'll do that for sure!

You can plan for the trolley but dont bet on it depending how busy it is. I saw it come and go full every time i saw it with no chance to get on. If you cannot walk to much with all the inclines or stand the heat a driving tour with stops might be better for you.
