Trouble Accessing Booking

Is anyone having a problem with accessing their booking? I log into carnival.com and my countdown says I have 18 days to go, but when I try to manage my booking, it says I am not booked. EEEEEK!!!!!

 

Anyone else having problems?

 

I have Carnival on the phone now and she says I AM booked.

So, Carnival “randomly” changed my VIFP number without my consent. I tried to book a cruise and it said I didn’t exist...been on 15 Carnival Cruises. They claim someone created an alternate account for my name and they “merged” them into a new one. Funny thing, though, my last S/S card still had my original VIFP number, despite the fact they say I’m not in the system under that number. Sooooo aggravating! And they pretty much said I was lying about not having created a second profile. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
