Coastal Kitchen

On the Oasis, can someone let us know what the hours of the Coastal Kitchen's Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner hours of operation are?

PS: Never use a preposition to end a sentence with.

On Oasis last week, breakfast was 7:30am to 10 on port days, 8am to 10 on sea days and 6:30am to 8:30am on disembarkation day. Lunch was 12 noon to 1:30 pm. Dinner was 5:30 pm to 9.

We will be in a JS on Oasis for the first time soon. Would it be appropriate to visit to CK hostess during embarkation day lunch to request dinner reservation for that week? Or the hostess just to busy to deal with us then?

I'm no expert about suite perks but I'm guessing the answer is absolutely. Pretty sure it's Concierge not hostess.

That's perfect. You can also call from your cabin if you want.

They will absolutely be able to deal with booking reservations for you. If your card doesn't work at that point, just knock on the door and they will let you in. They usually notice feet under the door and will open it for you anyway if they think you are having issues. There were major issues with sea pass cards last week, so they ended up propping the doors open on both sides, SL and CK, on embarkation day.

JS guests cards do not work in either the SL (not a perk for JS) or CK (perk for dinner only for JS).

The cruise line has the ability to program JS cards to work on the CK door at dinner time if they choose to. At this point they haven't, but you do not know if they will decide to do that in the future.

Coastal kitchen has a host or hostess at a podium by entrance. The other entrance of space there are concierges that deal with suite lounge guests.

So, they DON'T currently work!

BTW: never found it hard to wait around a few and tailgate.

Does anyone have CK dinner menus will be on oasis in November in owners suite , would like to plan a couple of specialty restaurants, thanks , this is our first cruise on ship with CK

We have done three OS on Allure and Oasis and you will love the OS. CK menu will have a few items that won't change each night and a few that will. So it's hard to predict what the optional items might be. The 3-4 always there items will be a beef, fish, veggie, and maybe a pasta. It's been a year so I can't recall what exactly the "classics" were.

We never had a problem with advance notice for when we wanted to do CK or a specialty. We seldom made a RSVP at CK. If we didn't want to eat there we would make a RSVP that day at a SR. If we wanted to eat in CK we either went up early afternoon and booked it or we just went to SL for cocktails and asked for the next available table. Most times the table was available then or within 15 minutes.
