Coffee Card Question

Recommended Posts

I see the coffee card being offered for our upcoming sailing on the Indy, my question is does the card cover Starbucks coffees and drinks? Or just specialty coffees from other establishments on the ship?

Thank you in advance!

There is no licensed Starbucks on Indy. The coffee card will cover coffee from any venue that offers it on the ship.

So - to further clarify this point - you will be able to get fancy Starbucks drinks (lattes, espresso, frappechino etc) at the Royal coffee shop...

Looks the same. Smells the same. Tastes the same. Different cup (maybe)

For the record, those on ships with Starbucks, the coffee card DOES work there. At least it did on Anthem and Liberty (twice).

Now whether they charge you double for the larger sizes or no - your mileage varied with your staff.

There are no licensed Starbucks venues on Liberty and Anthem.

There may be venues on those ships that use Starbucks coffee beans, but those venues are not real Starbucks venues like are on Oasis class ships.

And for those ships which do have a licensed Starbucks (Think Oasis class) the card does not work there.

So Liberty's Cafe Promenade sells Starbucks beverages, frappuccino's, etc.  Looking forward to getting a punch card to use there then!
