We recently got back from a Mediterranean cruise. It was not our first and we had previously spent a week exploring Rome and did not feel like traveling for 1 1/2 hours each way for a 9 hour port stop to try to cram it all in. This trip we decided to take a cooking class in Civitavecchia- it was a great time! We loved it and learned how to make tiramisu, Bolognese sauce, saltimbocca, eggplant parmesan and gnocchi. At the end we got to eat an amazing lunch, and now we have cooked some of these things at home.
