I believe it does.. We are signed up for our Jan cruise for TT 29

The description we have says in parts ".......relaxing day at the beach.........your boat anchors just offf the shores of White Bay Beach........Enjoy a delicious snack of a burger or hot  dog at the beach bar. Sip a drink....  Access to a vibrant beach bar..."

Suggest you checkTortola  ports thread...but we are expecting to be visiting Soggy Dollar to enjoy a Painkiller!

White beach is home to the "Soggy Dollar' along with about another dozen beach bars. Chairs and loungers are available from these bars as well as some first come and get.

Rember why It's called the "Soggy Dollar", you will need to wade in from the craft you arrived in to the beach. Crafts are not allowed to dock or reach the sand due to different countries and immigration rules.

Took this excursion a few years ago. The most beautiful beach I have ever been to in the Caribbean! The boat anchored at the beach with the Soggy Dollar. Everyone had the option of either swimming to shore (it was not wading. You jumped in and then had to swim) or taking a small dinghy. If you swam to shore, they brought over your bags on the dinghy. Chairs were included once you got to the beach. Just be aware that the travel time to/from the beach was kind of long and the seas were rough, at least on the day we went.
